We use locally sourced, organic and free range produce wherever possible. We are spoilt for choice with the freshest of fish from Kinsale, superb West Cork farmhouse cheeses, organic free range eggs from our local farm, and the best of Irish bacon from Cork’s famous English market. We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements – just let us know!
