Our emphasis is on wholesome, healthy food. We have an extensive buffet daily which includes fresh fruit, homemade granola, bircher muesli. We also make our own scones, soda bread and preserves.
We use locally sourced, organic and free range produce wherever possible. We are spoilt for choice with the freshest of fish from Kinsale, superb West Cork farmhouse cheeses, coffee beans from our local Roasting House coffee roasters and organic free range eggs from our local farm - Beechwood, and the best of Irish bacon from Cork’s famous English market.
